Once enrolled, you’ll be provided with your own login information to our private platform and app. This is where you’ll find your workouts and training logs.

ENGAGEment

From this platform, athletes and clients upload videos of their sets and exercise results for feedback on their technique and training programs.

Communication

All communication is housed inside the platform and app for ease of access for both coach and client, with response times of 24 hours or less.

Motivation

You’ll receive weekly program updates and check-ins from your coach keeping you accountable for your efforts and motivated to keep moving.

Integration

We offer wearable technology integration to our platform and analysis based on reports you provide to us via your preferred provider.

Online Programming and Training is not an hourly Zoom/video session or remote consultations. Calls and consultations will incur additional fees.

  • Successful online personal training isn’t simply choosing a great coach or a stellar program - it’s about fully committing to the plan. Even with a world-class coach like those at DiSalvo Performance Training and our top-tier program, if you only give half-effort, you’ll never reach your full potential.

    This means more than just showing up. It’s about doing the work as written to the best of your ability. Sometimes that means pushing yourself to new limits. Other times it’s about holding back. The key is following the plan.

  • For athletes, a good online coach will ensure your sport takes priority over strength and conditioning. Challenges arise when you add physical activities outside your regular programming that impacts your recovery time.

    To make sure you continue to reach your goals, be upfront about any added activities so your coach can ensure your training program aligns with your recovery needs and extracurriculars.

MEET MARK DISALVO, CSCS

Work with an online Coach who understands your goals

Mark is the founder and owner of DiSalvo Performance Training. He brings over a decade of experience training clients and athletes of all backgrounds and is the strength and conditioning coach to athletes of all levels and disciplines, from youth to professional and Olympic-level.

A lifelong athlete, Mark started playing hockey at a very young age in Pittsburgh, PA, and played competitively for over a decade before getting into martial arts.

Mark is currently purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with over 10 years of experience grappling.

A graduate of Northeastern University, he’s an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Sports Performance Expert. He’s also a Steve Maxwell Certified Kettlebell Instructor (Levels 1 & 2).

    Arian is a 2020 US World team member in wrestling and current member of the Filipino National Wrestling Team. She works in person with Mark, but spends 3-4 workouts per week on her own via our Online Training & Programming Platform.

    Her 2024 off-season was spent working in a hybrid fashion with us.
