Meet Bianca, Your Nutrition Coach

Bianca is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who works with our athletes on performance nutrition and everyday individuals seeking to improve their general health or make lasting changes to their body composition. Her coaching approach focuses on building sustainable habits to help clients achieve their goals.

Bianca has been a competitive powerlifter for over 5 years and serves as a state referee for the USAPL. She also previously trained and competed in Olympic weightlifting and has competed in a super total meet (ask her about it if you're curious!).

Ongoing Nutrition Coaching

Best if you’re seeking general health and wellness, athletic performance, or body composition change.

  • One hour kick-off call to discuss onboarding questionnaire in detail, including goals, lifestyle, and challenges

  • Tailored action plan following kick-off call

  • Bi-weekly 30 minute check-in calls thereafter to discuss wins, challenges, and to adjust the action plan as needed

  • Communication between sessions as needed

$175/month

Weight Cut Coaching

Best for weight-class athletes who are already familiar with macro counting and are 8-12 weeks out from competition.

  • One hour kick-off call to discuss onboarding questionnaire in detail, including competition goals, training, current diet, past weight cuts, and lifestyle

  • Fully tailored macros and/or meal plan, plus competition day nutrition and hydration plan

  • Bi-weekly 30 minute check-in calls thereafter

  • Up to daily communication for weigh-in data

$200/month

One-Time Strategy Session

Best if you’re looking for a thorough brainstorming session to improve your nutrition for general health or sports performance, without committing to ongoing coaching.

  • One hour call following completion of a comprehensive nutrition questionnaire

  • Deep dive discussion of your goals, nutrition history, challenges, lifestyle, and training (if applicable)

  • Call recap and action plan sent following the call
